Maintaining customer's satisfaction is considered as one of the major vital principles of the Sabalan Gostar Tahvieh company and the measurement of customers satisfaction / dissatisfaction is also regarded as a crucial means based on which the performance of the management system is measured. to receive the opinions based on which the rate of customer satisfaction / dissatisfaction can be measured, the commercial deputy department delivers pool forms among customers during the project implementation and gathers the related data form the customers at the end of the project; besides, in case of improvement actions, the measurements are determined and of executed according to implementing procedure of the description of back up process Climp/ementing procedure of the system. The statistical reports of the customer's opinions are provided according to the performance procedures and present it to the representative of the management.
