Chiller


SABALAN semi hermetic packaged liquid chillers are offered in capacities ranging from 10 to 420 tons. Units are either water cooled or air cooled. In water cooled models the condenser is integrated with the package; in air cooled models the air cooled condenser is a separate unit. Units are supplied with one up to six semi hermetic multi-cylinder compressors designed to run on 380 volt, 3 phase, 50 cycle electricity, a direct expansion type liquid cooler along with complete interconnecting piping, insulated low temperature lines, electrical wiring and control panel.
The direct expansion cooler designed for highest efficiency features, the refrigerant flows in the tubes and a series of baffles direct-water over the refrigerant tubes.
The tube bundle is removable. The evaporator and low temperature lines are completely protected with closed-cell foam rubber fire retardant insulation for thermal insulating, condensation prevention and vapor seal.
The water cooled condenser is a shell and tube heat exchanger with integrally finned tubes. The condenser is sized sufficiently to hold the total refrigerant charge on pump down operation. Both the evaporator and the condenser are designed and constructed according to the ASME-Section VIII Unfired Pressure Vessel Code and the standards of the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (TEMA).
The safety controls include high and low pressure cut-outs, oil pressure safety cut-out, flow switch, and anti-freeze control all selected from the most reliable and recognized brand names in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.

Air Handeling Unit


Our Air Handling Units come in 12 different models with capacities ranged from 2000 to 6000 C.F.M and modular units can be combined with a complete array of accessories to be adapted to all air conditioning and ventilating application.

Air Handling Units are constructed of heavy galvanized iron sheets supported by structural channels. Coils & drain connections can be provided on either beside or removable panels to provide easy access to internal components.

Air Cooled Condenser


Our Air Cooled Condensers are produced in 12 models in a range of 3 to 80 ton capacities. The ease of condensers' installation and the minimum SABALAN maintenance has made them so ideal for HVAC and refrigerating applications.
SABALAN Air Cooled Condensers are dry-working and do not require the installation of pump and piping. Also their body is made of galvanized iron sheets with proper thickness while the structure and equipment are assembled on the chassis.

Fan Coil

Centrifugal cooling tower


SABALAN counter flow, forced draft Cooling Towers offer durability, high -quiet operation and low pressure drop performance, whisper and are ranged in capacities of 10 to 1140 tons of refrigeration in two different types of single and two stage(s).
In counter flow forced draft cooling towers, air is forced upward through the packing by
centrifugal blowers while the condenser returnee water flows downward over the cooling surfaces and into the tower basin.

Roof Fan


SABALAN Exhaust Fans are available in 3 main categories, meeting all required application.
_Roof top Exhaust Fans range from 100 CFM tp 12000 CFM.
_Utility Exhaust Fans range from 1000 CFM to 35000 CFM.
Utility Exhaust Fans, equipped with forward and backward fans are selected from best quality components to work in a low vibration and low noise level also all electromotors are 3 phases types.

Fiber glass cooling tower


SABALAN Fiber Glass Cooling Towers are available in a range of 10 to 1400 tons of refrigeration. These structures are designed on the basis of counter-flow heat transmitted between inlet water and the inlet air. The application fields include food production industry, chemical row production industry, fixed internal combustion engines, air compressors and melting & welding machineries.

Unit Heaters


Herringbone wavy fins, mechanically bonded copper/aluminum coil with 8 fins per inch 5l8" nominal tubes for hot water coils and steam coils.

Package Unit


Sabalan Gostar Tahvieh air conditioning packaged units are available in cooling capacities from 5 to 8 tons.
Units cab be selected with air or water-cooled condensers in rooftop, indoor or split packaged arrangements. furthermore, units can be used for free delivery or ducted applications. For ease of installation, units can be in vertical or horizontal configurations.
Sabalan Gostar Tahvieh packaged units can provide year round air conditioning with hot water, steam or electric heating coil during the cold season. Each unit is factory assembled, wired and shipped as a package.
the basic component of each packaged unit is a semi-hermetic type, multi cylinder compressor designed to run on 380 volt, 3 phase, 50 cycle power input. Motor protection on these units is comprised of sensors mounted internally in the motor windings which in case of changes in motor temperature shutts off the compressor. An oil safety switch provides protection against loss of oil pressure. All controls and factory wirings are protected within galvanized steel enclosures.
The DX cooling coil is designed according to the ASHRAE and ARI standards. To maximize performance, a venturi flow distributor assures even distribution of flow into the cooling coil section, providing complete condensate drainage. Suction line piping is insulated with closed cell insulation to prevent moisture condensation. The evaporator section is insulated with 25mm NFPA approved duct liner.
The water cooled condenser is a shell and tube type heat exchanger, sized sufficiently to hold the total refrigerant charge on pump down operations.
An integrated sub-cooling section allows system allows system capacity increase without an increase in power. The condenser shell design meets the ASME Pressure Vessel Code requirements.
The air cooled condenser is configured so that air discharge is directed upward thus carrying heat away from the unit and minimizing directional sound. The fan is statically and dynamically balanced therefore assuring smooth and quiet operation.
